Leanne has called Whidbey Island home for over 35 years and brings more than 25 years of real estate experience to every transaction. Before becoming a realtor, she spent over a decade as an appraiser and consulted for an architecture firm—giving her an exceptional foundation in property valuation, local regulations, and what truly makes a home special. She leads with knowledge, a love of client education, and a genuine commitment to making sure you always feel confident in every decision.

Mariah grew up on Whidbey Island and brings five years of real estate experience and a background in branding to every client relationship. She has a sharp eye for what makes a home feel beautiful and how to present it in a way that resonates with buyers. Now based in Bothell, she knows firsthand what it means to love the island from a distance.
